Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher

- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student engagement
- Communicate with school staff and administrators as needed
- Adapt to different grade levels and subject areas assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid substitute teaching permit (as required by state of Nebraska)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
