Neapco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead capital equipment projects, optimize production processes, and coordinate with design and manufacturing teams. You will read engineering drawings, perform time studies, and create work instructions, BOMs, and tool lists.
Ideal candidates have a four-year engineering background, CNC experience, and familiarity with CAD tools like Solid Works/ Creo. Emphasis on safety, continuous learning, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
