Location: Beatrice, NE (Onsite position)

Schedule:Evenings (1:45pm-10:15pm) and Oncall responsibilities can include other hours as needed to support the needs of the agency.

coordinate and manage all program activities
, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operational Management:Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Building and developing a great team:Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensuring seamless support:Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
• Maintaining excellence:Keeping accurate and compliant recordsof all operations.
• Regulatory Compliance:Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Essential Foundations:An
  Associate's Degree
  in a related field and at least
  one year of experience
  providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in
  CPR
  and
  Med Aide 40
  .
