Location:

Work Schedule:
8am- 5pm;
Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications:
Post high school coursework or training in social/behavioral sciences, counseling, business, public administration, education, marketing, or a related field; or experience in client development and case management including interviewing, research, and direct customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, human relations, business or related academic major plus casework or equivalent work experience. Experience in workforce development, business services, human resources, recruiting, employment services, economic development, or related field preferred.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge of:
Workforce development programs; vocational counseling or career guidance; employment trends and labor market information; typical office computer systems;
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Google Docs; NEworks or similar case management systems.
Skilled in:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable presenting to groups; effective presentation skills and conducting workshops, trainings, or community presentations; strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations; case management, documentation, or other environments requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to: manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines independently; learn new systems quickly; maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately; maintain appropriate, professional working relationships with the public, coworkers and management; maintain regular and reliable attendance.
