GO Car Wash in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Customer Service Lead to serve as the manager on duty when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.
You’ll lead by example, greet customers, educate them on our wash process, and coach teammates to deliver a superior experience while maintaining safety standards.
