Beatrice Bakery is looking for full-time Production Team Members to join us at our production facility in Beatrice, NE!

• Produce all high-quality products in our catalogue, ensuring every cake is made with care before being sent to customers around the world.
• Typical duties include: cake presser, fruit topper, cake depanning, slicing, packing, and cleaning equipment.
• Be reliable, willing to learn, able to work as part of a team, and adept at following policies and procedures according to strict food and production safety guidelines.

On-the-job training will be provided.

This is a full-time, hourly position, typically scheduled 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday - Friday, with some overtime possible during the busy season. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.

Beatrice Bakery Co. conducts pre-hire drug testing as a condition of employment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• The ability to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift containers up to 60 lbs
• The ability to push/pull 1,000 lbs on a wheeled cart
• Ability to work under normal production environmental conditions (temperature extremes)
• Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills, and ability to move throughout the plant
• Visual/hearing ability sufficient to recognize or detect warning devices/signs and deviations from production standards
