Welder, 2nd Shift - Exmark

Starting Pay: $22.24/hour ($2/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift).

2:00pm-10:00pm.

Perform and complete welding duties on a variety of outdoor power equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams.
• Selecting appropriate weld jig and positioning pieces for welding.
• Securing parts in the weld jig by loading them by hand or by hoist.
• Performing MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needs.
• Setting up welding cells for production runs.
• Buffing and inspecting welded surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Basic technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work procedures.
• Experience using power tools (helpful).
