1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

• Maintain inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory with onboard computer terminal.
• Operate a stand‑on forklift to move all parts, finished goods, and deliveries.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or with a lifting device.
• Record part numbers, quantities, locations, and/or serial numbers of finished inventory being moved with onboard computer terminal.
• Perform visual checks on all parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assembly.
• Use pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in 5S efforts and initiatives.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment within area of responsibility to ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
• Strive to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.
• Continually seek to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall quality of product.
• Learn a variety of different product lines.
• Apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
• Willingly perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally.
