The Electrical Harness Lead & Designer serves as a senior-level designer/engineer, manager, and team leader of the harness design group to design and develop electrical harnesses for The Toro Company's Landscapes and Contractor (L&C) Division.

This position will design and develop electrical harnesses; collect, assign, organize and manage the work of the harness design group; and manage and develop the members of the harness design group.
