As a Nurse at Mosaic, your day-to-day is about more than just vitals. You will:

• Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
• Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. with alternating weekends (typically every 5th weekend).

• Education: BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing, valid driver's license required.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of general nursing experience; experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification.

  Proficiency with computers and technology required for daily documentation and task management.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles.
