Clinic Nurse Supervisor, RN—Beatrice Family & Internal Medicine

Full‑time Registered Nurse position at Beatrice Community Hospital, Beatrice, NE, USA.

The Clinic Supervisor provides day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of clinic services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating daily workflows, preparing clinic budgets, and supporting the Director of Clinics in achieving performance goals. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a visible leader on the clinic floor, ensuring service excellence, timely patient access, and effective service recovery.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, the ability to foster teamwork, maintain compliance with policies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse license in the state of Nebraska or a Compact state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred; 1 year, including supervisory management experience, preferred.
