As part of our FSQA team, you would be responsible for ensuring the overall quality in your assigned area through the management of regulatory, company, and customer policies and programs. You will report directly to the QA manager. To ensure success as a QA Technician, you should have sound knowledge of testing procedures, a good eye for detail, and advanced problem‑solving skills.

• Ensure company and customer quality standards are being met.
• Conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, and calibrate equipment.
• Analyze samples for all areas of the processing plant, including raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze pH, gluten, and water activity.
• Communicate findings regarding food safety deficiencies to the FSQA Manager and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure employees are following safety regulations.
• Other duties.

• Previous QA experience is preferred, but not required.

• Noise level is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area – earplugs are required in some areas.

• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
