Customer Service Teammate

Overview

GO Car Wash is a rapidly growing car wash operator with locations across the United States. We are expanding and invite you to join our team.

As a Customer Service Teammate, you will help customers care for their cars, explaining wash options, preparing and loading cars into our wash bays, and assisting customers with self‑cleaning options. You will also help maintain our wash bays and sites to provide a superior, clean experience for all customers.

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time

• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify you can work in the US

Our teammates earn $17.00 per hour on average, which includes a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus an average commission of $2.00 per hour from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped; top performers regularly exceed $2.00 per hour in additional earnings. Offers vary by location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
