What You’ll Be Doing

As our Habilitative Coordinator, you’re the architect of independence. You’ll be the go-to person for directing habilitative services and making sure everything we do is top-tier and compliant.

On any given day, you might:

  • Be a Mentor: Train our team in behavior modification and intervention techniques so they can provide the best support possible
  • Be a Creator: Develop individual-centered programs and new methodologies that help the people we support determine their own pathways in life.
  • Be a Strategist: Monitor service quality, evaluate progress through reports, and keep our records as sharp as your problem-solving skills.
  • Be a Leader: Serve as a role model for our staff, demonstrating "grit" and "belonging" in everything you do

SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, with some calls on weekends for notification purposes.

Who You Are:

You’re a patient, positive, and organized pro who can roll with the punches and the changing demands of the day.

The Essentials:

  • Education: You’ve got a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: You have at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. (

    Note:

    In some cases, your hands-on experience can stand in for a degree!)
  • Skills: You’re tech-savvy, a great communicator, and you know your way around first aid and CPR.
  • Availability: You’re ready to be on-call to provide guidance when your team needs a helping hand.
  • Requirements: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and insurance. Depending on your location, you might also need a QIDP certification, medication administration 40 hr.
