Landmark Snacks is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal of the warehouse team member is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space.
- Operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to problem‑solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
- Sufficient written communication and reading skills.
- Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment.
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to assess products for quality compliance.

- Noise level is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area – earplugs are required at all times.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the shift, using repetitive motion.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds across the plant for various needs.
- Spends time in cold environments.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
