Payable's /Receivables clerk, job duties include:
- Entering invoices into DMS system, matching invoices to Purchase Orders, completing check runs for payment to vendors, complete direct pays weekly
- Reconcile statements monthly, contact vendors for missing invoices
- Maintain orderly filing system for all receivables and payable's
- Helping with month end close process, making sure all invoices are received and entered for month end financial
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Previous experience in dealership accounting preferred.
- Reynolds DMS knowledge helpful
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Monday thru Friday workweek
