We're looking for a Heavy Industrial Construction Estimator who wants their work to matter.

What You'll Do

• Calculate comprehensive cost estimate (time, labor, materials, equipment) for projects.
• Participate in bid walks and visualize complex industrial installations.
• Perform detailed material takeoffs from blueprints and construction documents for heavy industrial projects
• Coordinate the bid process, including reviewing bids and validating scopes of work.
• Compiling and recording actual costs
• Proficient with MS Excel and estimating software.
• Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review

Territory: Industrial clients within a 60-mile radius of Beaufort

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $81,120 - 87,360 base + quarterly bonus

Company Vehicle: Truck + fuel card (drive to/from home)

Flexible Start: ~50% of days start directly at local job sites

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
• 2+ years of estimating experience in heavy industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems & construction practices
• Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Team player with ownership and pride in their work
• Ready to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact
