Adjunct Faculty in Sociology – Beaufort
USCB invites applications for part‑time faculty in Sociology. These appointments are on a course‑by‑course basis.
CompensationSalary commensurate with experience.
Employment TypePart‑time (approximately 30 hours per week).
Work ScheduleMust be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet department needs.
ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate sociology courses on a course‑by‑course basis.
Qualifications- M.S. in Sociology, or M.S. in a related discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Sociology.
- Previous experience teaching at the college level is preferred.
- Resume/CV and cover letter addressing teaching philosophy required.
Temporary employees expected to work at least 30 hours per week receive health and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and retirement programs.
