Community Development Management Plan Oversight
You will provide oversight for major construction and execution of the Community Development Management Plan.
You will manage data and information in support to the Housing Program Office Program Manager at the Office of the Deputy Commandant Installation and Logistics and Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) for Congressional and Federal issues.
You will conduct site visits throughout the installation and major commands to review housing management policy application and effectives of the programs.
You will assist with reviews of Congressional and Inspector General housing inquiries and Government Accountability Office (GAO) audits, ensuring adequate responsiveness to ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.
You will serve as a housing enterprise spokesperson interfacing on behalf of the installation commander and the family housing residents.
You will monitor financials (project budgets and monthly flash reports), projects, and resident information identifying trends/or anomalies within the Public Private Venture (PPV) project's financial reports.
You will sets performance standards for all immediate subordinates, reviews their accomplishments, counsels them on deficiencies, renders performance appraisals, and schedules and approves their leave.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR .
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing financial management guidance including monitoring expenditures to ensure proper allocations and obligations of funds;
2) developing and implementing innovative methods for the management of housing assets;
3) managing contractual agreements for multiple sites; AND
4) directing the work of personnel including providing instructions and guidance on changes in regulations, policies, procedures, and determining priorities.
