This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beaufort, SC, for a Patient Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating care between patients and providers, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Patient Care Coordinator will ensure seamless communication within the office, promote a positive patient experience, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Care Coordination to ensure smooth collaboration between patients and providers
• Understanding of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Patient Care practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide professional and empathetic service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using office management software or scheduling systems
• Healthcare or dental office experience is a plus
