What your future day will look like:
- Provide expert support in assisting end users with technical issues
- Maintain and secure products with setup, configuration and deployment while also enforcing security standards
- Document and collaborate with the team of technology professionals by keeping detailed records and sharing knowledge to promote professional growth

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments
