Business Technician

Cable One, operating as Sparklight, is seeking a Business Technician to support our Telecommunications Technical & Maintenance team. In this role, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain broadband, cable TV, and voice services for business customers. You will perform on-site diagnostics, network equipment setup, cabling, and system upgrades while ensuring minimal downtime. Working closely with Network Engineers and customer support teams, you will document work, adhere to safety and quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
