Amedisys Home Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate at-home care. You will collaborate with the clinical manager and the interdisciplinary team to assess conditions and adjust care plans.
Responsibilities include face-to-face encounters, ordering/lab review, referrals to other disciplines, and active participation in team conferences. Requires NP license, 1+ year NP or hospice RN experience, CPR, and Medicare billing privileges.
