Travel Registered Nurse -Down Unit

Job Overview

Travel RN Stepdown role in Beaufort, South Carolina (13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts).

• Provide patient care, education, and support to families
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes)
• Observe vital signs for signs of distress
• Administer medications, IVs and insert catheters as needed
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures
• Perform accurate and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care ICU setting
