Description:

1 Registered Nurse needed for an operating room position. Start time is 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM for 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week. Day off will vary. Weekend and weeknight call is required. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. Candidates must hold a valid South Carolina nursing license. No background or licensure issues will be accepted.

The position entails various responsibilities in the operating room setting. Successful candidates must have significant experience with the following procedures:
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Laparoscopic procedures, General Surgery, Orthopedic procedures, Urologic robotic surgery. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared for a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff. This facility operates with high patient care ratios and may require floating within the hospital. Orientation will be provided prior to the start of the assignment.
