- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
- Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
- A proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and customer satisfaction
