What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and customer satisfaction
