Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Prepare reports, account updates, and performance reviews.
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
