We’re looking for a reliable experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beaufort, SC

• Complete apartment work orders and general repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Keep maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment organized
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing requirements
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5yrs of maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
• HVAC experience
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk the property, and work indoors and outdoors
