Planning Analyst

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Analyst to join our team in Beaumont, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our planning processes, helping to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Analyze data and trends to support strategic planning initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective planning strategies.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of planning efforts.

Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to align resources with organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform planning decisions.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Planning Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting processes is a plus.
