Bilingual Onsite Coordinator and Recruiter

Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator and Recruiter for an onsite role in Beaumont, CA
. This position supports light industrial staffing through both recruiting activities and day-to-day onsite coordination, including candidate engagement, application processing, and representation at community hiring events.

Based in Beaumont, CA 92223
, the coordinator recruiter will work with hiring goals for roles in the area while helping keep the onsite process organized. The pay rate is USD 24 per hour
, with a requirement of 2 years of related experience.

• Enter applications in Avionte
• Collect attendance sheets from Onsite
• Answer phones and emails
• Greet applicants as they walk in
• Represent Workforce Enterprises at job fairs and trade shows and help ensure recruiting goals are met
• Conduct in-person interviews and informational sessions for new applicants and coordinate with the branch office to refine hiring goals
• Distribute flyers and yard signs within the local area
• Qualify potential candidates for specific job roles

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2 to 3 years of related work experience in a light industrial staffing agency
• Strong verbal communication

  , and follow-up skills
• Ability to work long hours and sometimes on weekends
• Ability to work early mornings on 1st shift
