ULAC seeks a West Coast Operations Manager to lead a 200+ person team across inbound, outbound, automation and e-commerce operations at the Beaumont, CA distribution center. You will report to the General Manager and drive daily operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required:
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or 5+ years in logistics/WMS; strong leadership and coaching. You will set KPIs, manage budgets, and partner with Engineering, HR and Customer Service to sustain high performance.
