CNC Supervisor (1st Shift)
$34 - $45 per hour | Beaumont, CA | On‑Site | Permanent
1st Shift | M-F 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Bilingual Spanish required | 7+ Years CNC mill and lathe experience A bit about us:We are a food manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of industrial equipment.

SCHEDULE:
First shift with occasional Saturdays
- Oversee daily machining operations within the machine shop, including CNC milling and turning work
- Perform and support complex CNC setups and program adjustments directly at the machine
- Monitor production flow to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Train, coach, and supervise machinists to improve performance, consistency, and safety practices
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow
- Inspect parts and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications
- Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop setting
- Strong hands‑on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
- Proficiency in CNC program adjustments and machine‑level edits
- Experience training or mentoring machinists in production environments
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fabrication methods
