Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mold Prep (Set-up) technician to join our dynamic team in Beaumont, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the injection molding process, ensuring that our machines are set up and ready for production. Responsibilities Set up and prepare molds for injection molding machines.

Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with molds and machines.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate mold setup and specifications.

Collaborate with team members to streamline the setup process and improve efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance on molds and injection molding machines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices during the setup process.

Document setup procedures and maintenance activities for quality assurance.

Qualifications Proven experience in injection molding and mold setup.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with tool, die, and mold setup.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with injection molding machines and their operation.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
