We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mold Prep (Set-up) technician to join our dynamic team in Beaumont, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the injection molding process, ensuring that our machines are set up and ready for production. • Set up and prepare molds for injection molding machines.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with molds and machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate mold setup and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the setup process and improve efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on molds and injection molding machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices during the setup process.
• Document setup procedures and maintenance activities for quality assurance.

• Proven experience in injection molding and mold setup.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with tool, die, and mold setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with injection molding machines and their operation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
