Manufacturing / Warehouse Associates
We are seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing / Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is key in supporting daily production and warehouse operations, including material handling, machine operation, shipping/receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery, equipment, or tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production floor
- Perform order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer requirements
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
