• Lead day‑to‑day production operations across multiple shifts.
• Supervise and develop production supervisors, leads, and hourly staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor production schedules and labor utilization.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Improve KPI performance related to safety, quality, scrap, throughput, and OEE.
• Manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in budgeting and operational planning.
