- Lead day‑to‑day production operations across multiple shifts.
- Supervise and develop production supervisors, leads, and hourly staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Monitor production schedules and labor utilization.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Improve KPI performance related to safety, quality, scrap, throughput, and OEE.
- Manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance development.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in budgeting and operational planning.
