What your day looks like Configure and stage molds for injection molding machines, confirming all specifications prior to release.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues affecting molds or presses to minimize downtime.

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify correct tooling, orientation, and setup parameters.

Partner with teammates to refine setup workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance on molds and molding equipment to keep everything running reliably.

Uphold safety standards and procedures throughout every setup and changeover.

Document setups and maintenance activities for quality assurance and traceability.

What you bring

Hands-on experience with injection molding and mold setup.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

Background in tool, die, and mold setup.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
