Perricone Farms in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and packaging operations on the 2nd shift (Mon–Sat, 3pm–11:30pm). You will report to the Production Manager and guide a team of technicians to meet quality and output goals.
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
