Machine Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area.
Inspect parts and products for quality assurance.
Record production data and complete required documentation.
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any production issues.
Assist with setup and changeover of machinery as needed.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or machine manuals a plus.
Comfortable with physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
