Full-Time LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) Vista Real Post Acute | Vista, CA Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
What You'll Do- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and families
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional resident care
