Job Description
Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk needed for a multi-company office.
Responsibilities- Issue checks
- Run errands such as bank and post office visits
- Answer the phone and take accurate messages
- Handle weekly filing and posting of cash receipts
- Conduct vendor statement research
- Perform month-end bank account review
- High-school diploma
- Previous accounts payable/receivable experience required
- Experience with Excel
- Knowledge of Quick Books helpful
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to ask questions, learn, and work with accuracy
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time Monday-Friday position; must be prepared for drug screen, background check, and reference checks
