Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical accounting skills and experience in the construction industry.

• Prepare and produce accurate monthly financial statements
• Perform reconciliations to the general ledger
• Manage and analyze Work in Progress (WIP) schedules using POC method
• Assist with cash flow management and margin reporting
• Support internal financial controls and reporting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management required
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of WIP and POC, cost accounting
• Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Building worksheets/workbooks (cash flow, margin reports, etc.)
• Advanced formulas and financial functions
• Experience creating financial graphs and visual reports is a plus
• Experience with construction accounting software preferred
