Key Requirements- Must have experience in accounting, finance or construction management
- Must have the ability to prepare and produce accurate monthly financial statements
- Perform reconciliations to the general ledger
- Manage and analyze work in progress (WIP) schedules using POC Method
- Assist with cash flow management and margin reporting
- Support internal financial controls and reporting processes
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of WIP and POC, cost accounting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas and financial functions
- Experience creating financial graphs and visual reports is a plus
- Experience with construction accounting software preferred
- Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm
- Temp‑Hire
