** What's a typical day as Billing Clerk? You'll be:*
* + Generating accounts receivable invoices and preparing them for mailing

+ Researching and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy

+ Preparing monthly statements and correspondence as needed

+ Reporting to the department supervisor and collaborating with team members

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/accounting role (must have)

+ Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have)

+ Are comfortable with onsite work in Beaumont, TX (must have)

+ Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (preferred)

+ Are proficient with standard office software, including MS Office (preferred)
