• Generating accounts receivable invoices and preparing them for mailing
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Preparing monthly statements and correspondence as needed
• Reporting to the department supervisor and collaborating with team members

• Have previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/accounting role (must have)
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have)
• Are comfortable with onsite work in Beaumont, TX (must have)
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (preferred)
• Are proficient with standard office software, including MS Office (preferred)
