The HT Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable/Admin Support professional for our client in Beaumont. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $15–$19/hour DOE
.
- Perform heavy data entry for inventory invoices and other accounts payable transactions
- Approve and code inventory invoices for payment
- Prepare bills and reports for payment processing
- Maintain organized records, and ensure proper filing of accounts payable documentation
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
