Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator: II to join their team. As an Operations Training Coordinator: II, you will be part of the Operations Training and Operations Integrity department supporting the workforce training and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Coordinate logistics for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, acting as the main liaison between requestors, supervisors, and training providers.
- Manage security access requests and site safety orientations for visiting trainers to ensure compliance and safety.
- Assist with processing vendor invoices and creating purchase requisitions for training-related expenses.
- Organize facility bookings and prepare learning environments for in-person training events.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance rosters, and participant evaluations within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling, email management, and basic data entry.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions.
