Dispatcher/Receptionist
The HT Group is seeking a Dispatcher/Receptionist for a client located in Beaumont, TX.
Employment Type:
Contract-to-hire position
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $21/hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Scan and upload documents into the Jonas system
- Schedule and dispatch residential and commercial service calls
- Verify timesheets for residential and commercial technicians
- Contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments
- Process and send monthly ESA renewals
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Assist with additional office and administrative duties as assigned to support departmental growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, or administrative office role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computer systems; experience with Jonas software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
