The HT Group is hiring a Dispatcher/Receptionist for a client in Beaumont, TX. This contract-to-hire role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at $21 per hour.
Responsibilities include answering calls, dispatching service calls, document scanning, timesheet verification, and purchasing tasks in a fast-paced office. Ideal candidates bring receptionist/dispatcher or administrative office experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort with Jonas software.
