POSITION SUMMARY

This role supports the smooth operation of the business office by managing financial processes, staff onboarding and training, vendor and supply coordination, policy and procedure oversight, and administrative tasks such as record requests and scheduling. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of business office operations.

  • Prepare, verify, and submit bank deposits in accordance with office procedures.
  • Support QAPI initiatives by preparing documentation, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including system access, badge issuance, and orientation; manage employee termination processes as needed.
  • Maintain office operations by managing business supplies and snacks, ensuring stock levels meet staff needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate CPR and other required staff trainings.
  • Manage preventative maintenance and vendor services, ensuring timely scheduling and completion.
  • Direct and respond to medical record requests in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Support the policy and procedure review process, ensuring completion and adherence to standards.
  • Perform other business office duties as assigned to support efficient operations.
